Quilt: Early 20th Century
Size: Medium
Price: $825 & shipping
Care: Expert dry cleaning

This lively jacket can be sporty or arty to match your mood. Flashes of color and line make it versatile and easy to pair with slacks, jeans or a straight or kicky skirt. An ideal weight for spring and fall outerwear.

Its asymmetry in bright colors is borrowed from a vintage quilt likely from the 1920s or 30s. The fan-like pattern of the quilt is echoed in silk organza fans with fresh hand embroidery replicated from the original quilt. New cotton piping accents a field of Pendleton wool that is the body of the jacket. Sage green rayon taffeta lines this comfy piece.

You will be noticed in it and reach for it again and again!
